Chris Snyder
President - Founder
Chris began his career in pest management in 1989, quickly advancing from termite technician to route manager and eventually earning recognition as a top 2% sales performer company-wide.
In 2001, after completing business coursework and obtaining his certified home inspector license, he founded Quest Termite & Pest Management—built on a foundation of client trust, technical excellence, and fair pricing.
Throughout his career, Chris has served as an expert witness in pest-related cases and has been featured in industry publications including PCT Magazine. He currently serves as President of the Pennsylvania Pest Management Association, where he advocates for professional development and regulatory integrity across the Commonwealth.
Beyond his business expertise, Chris has dedicated over 40 years to public service. He has volunteered in fire services since 1984, serving 28 years as Fire Chief and continuing as Fire Marshal since 2018. He also serves as Animal Control Officer for the Lower Saucon Police Department and sits on the Board of the Hellertown Water Authority.
Chris manages Quest alongside his wife, Kendra, and remains committed to elevating industry standards, mentoring the next generation of pest management professionals, and making a meaningful impact in the community.
Kendra Snyder
General Manager
Kendra Snyder is the General Manager of Quest Termite & Pest Management, a Pennsylvania-based, family-owned company founded in 2001. Her career in pest management evolved from her professional background in the pharmaceutical industry, where she supported sales operations and business performance initiatives. What began as part-time support in accounting and client services quickly developed into a full-time leadership role as she became deeply engaged in the operational, financial, and strategic growth of the company.
A graduate of the National Pest Management Association’s Executive Leadership Program (Class of 2023), Kendra actively participates in industry advancement through service on multiple NPMA committees. She also serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Pest Management Association, where she chairs the Women in Pest Management (WIPM) Committee, focusing on mentorship, education, and expanding leadership opportunities within the profession.
As General Manager, Kendra oversees daily operations, financial performance, strategic planning, and customer experience. She is passionate about cultivating strong internal culture, elevating service standards, and driving industry innovation.
Beyond the business, Kendra serves on the Board of her local Chamber of Commerce, where she chairs the Small Business Grant Committee, and is an active member of FieldRoutes’ Pathfinder Network.
Outside of work, Kendra values family time, community volunteering, and professional development.
